4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Service Scope and Post-Installation Support

Project scope, materials, and post-installation support terms are defined in each signed service agreement. Any support requests must be submitted in writing and may require an on-site inspection. Coverage does not include damage from improper maintenance, accidents, abuse, or acts of nature unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

6. Property Access and Safety

By engaging our services, you authorize Synthetic Turf of Dallas and our contractors to access your property for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services. You agree to ensure the work area is safe and free of hazards. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities or structures that are not properly marked or disclosed.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled work. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
